Hordes of Hungry People Mob Dickey's Barbecue Pit

BONNEY LAKE, Wash., Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- People of Bonney Lake, wait no longer! Dickey's Barbecue Pit is celebrating its grand opening this Friday, December 2nd from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

"Since we have opened we have had lines out the door," said local franchise owner Jacques Ziebell. "It is going to be exciting to celebrate with our community."

This new store is located at 21109 Hwy 410, Suite G4A.  It is owned and operated by Jacques and his wife Jacqui Ziebell.

At the grand opening 94.1 KMPS will be there to entertain the crowd. Customers will enjoy $1 pulled pork big barbecue sandwiches and will be able to enter into a drawing where three lucky people will win free barbecue for a year. 

Dickey's Barbecue Pit opened in 1941 in Dallas, Texas and began franchising in 1994. Dickey's has experienced a rapid growth rate this year and is scheduled to have 200 locations by the end of 2011. Currently, there are 191 locations nationwide.
