WASHINGTON, Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA-02) will be a featured speaker addressing the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's 10th anniversary commemoration of the events of September 11, 2001.

The NASA commemoration will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 9 a.m. in the NASA Auditorium at 300 E Street SW, Washington, D.C. The Congressman was invited to speak by NASA Administrator Charles Bolden.
Congressman Fattah is also participating in the Philadelphia Inquirer Forum on 9/11, its aftermath and lessons learned, along with Senator Bob Casey, Congressman Patrick Meehan and community leaders. The transcript of the Forum conversation will be published in the Sunday Inquirer, and a video will be posted at www.philly.com on Sunday as well.
Fattah will join other members of Congress to attend the Congressional Remembrance Ceremony planned for the East Front Steps of the U.S. Capitol on Monday at 6 p.m.
