The Spindletop Capital Healthcare Achievement Award is given to outstanding healthcare leaders for their business and personal accomplishments in healthcare.  For the last decade James Greenwood has led BIO, an organization which represents more than 1,000 biotechnology companies, academic institutions, state biotechnology centers and related organizations across the United States and more than 30 nations.
