LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB), the Cathay Pacific International Chinese New Year Night Parade, one of the biggest Chinese New Year celebrations around the globe is celebrating its 21st year. With the theme of "Playground of the World • Party of the Year," the parade will feature 13 festive floats as well as 22 performance groups from all over the world. Of the selected groups, the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has chosen the National Football League's Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders to represent the U.S. The group will unveil a brand-new performance exclusive to the world-renowned parade.
In addition to the magnificent floats and world-renowned performance groups, the parade will also include the following:
The HKTB cordially invites TV stations to broadcast the parade which will be held on Monday, Feb 8, 2016, the first day of the Year of the Monkey, from 4:00 a.m.-5:45 a.m. PST/7:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m. EST. Signals will be transmitted via satellite (free to air) and fiber for use by overseas broadcasters. Below please find detailed information.
