(Nasdaq: FIXX), a genetic medicines company, announced today the closing of its initial public offering of 10,350,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to 1,350,000 additional shares. The gross proceeds to Homology, before underwriting discounts and commissions, are $165,600,000. All of the shares of common stock in the offering were sold by Homology. The Company's common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on March 28, 2018 under the ticker symbol "FIXX."
BofA Merrill Lynch, Cowen and Evercore ISI acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. BTIG acted as the lead manager for the offering.
