Homes for Our Troops to Present Severely Injured Arkansas Soldier with Keys to New Home

CLARKSVILLE, Ark., May 15, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Homes for Our Troops (www.homesforourtroops.org), a national non-profit organization dedicated to building specially adapted homes for severely injured veterans, will present keys Friday, May 18, 2012 to Army Sergeant Marco Robledo.

Sergeant Robledo was on his first deployment when he was left a double amputee after an IED explosion in Taji, Iraq in May 2007. The new specially adapted home, which goes beyond ADA compliance, features open floor plans, automatic door openers, hard-surfaced floors, a roll-in shower, roll-under cooktop, sinks, and more; it will allow him to live with more freedom and independence.
