Homebuyers Rank Quadrant Homes' Customer Service Among the Best in the Country for the Second Straight Year

BELLEVUE, Wash., May 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Quadrant Homes, one of Washington's largest single-family homebuilders, announced today that the company has been awarded a 2011 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer satisfaction. In considering eligibility for the award, Guild Quality reviews survey feedback received from all customers who have bought a home or had work completed in the current calendar year. To date, that is 853 out of 1279 customers (67%). The results show 97 percent of Quadrant homebuyers would refer the company to another buyer, and over 20 percent of Quadrant home sales come from actual referrals of existing Quadrant customers.

Quadrant also received a Guildmaster Award in 2010.
