BELLEVUE, Wash., May 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- For the third year in a row, Quadrant Homes has been awarded a 2012 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer satisfaction. To be eligible for the award, GuildQuality reviews survey feedback from new homeowners who purchased a Quadrant Home. To date, 73% of Quadrant's customers responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey. The results show that over the past 12 months,  99% of Quadrant homebuyers would refer Quadrant to a friend or family member looking to buy a new home.
