Fullbridge will Conduct Two Six-Day Workshops in Collaboration with Unique Prebusiness Program in May and August
BOSTON, May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Fullbridge, a professional development and education company that prepares young professionals to succeed in the global economy, is announcing a partnership with the College of the Holy Cross. The Ciocca Office of Entrepreneurial Studies (COES) and the prebusiness program at Holy Cross offers students a certificate program starting with the six-day Fullbridge workshop. This workshop is conducted at an introductory level and serves as the prerequisite to subsequent industry specific and alumni-led workshops. This announcement marks a continued partnership between both institutions, as these will be the third and fourth times that Fullbridge workshops are held at Holy Cross. The next Fullbridge workshops will run May 14-20 and August 24-29, 2015.
Participants will learn essential business skills to develop the entrepreneurial and workplace talents needed for success upon graduation. Students will work collaboratively on team-based projects to build their business competencies and self-confidence while tackling real world business situations.
The College of the Holy Cross is renowned for its commitment to personalized learning and belief in enriching their students both academically and professionally. Holy Cross' COES professional certificate program is unique to the college. It is a co-curricular program offered to students of any major who would like industry experience as an added component to their liberal arts education.
"Holy Cross students who participate in the Fullbridge workshop will get the best of both worlds: an excellent liberal arts foundation on which to build their communicative, problem-solving, and people skills; and superb Fullbridge coaching that enables them to articulate the value proposition of their education to the marketplace," says David Chu, director of entrepreneurial studies and prebusiness advisor at Holy Cross.
