HOLOSFIND (ALHOL): S1-2015 Report Very Significant Improvement, Positive Net Income
PARIS, Nov. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Holosfind (FR0010446765 - ALHOL) today announced its results for the first semester 2015.
The strategic plan for 2015 -2017 is bearing its first results and the indicators are in the green.
- EBITDA is positive 20 K € against a loss in -72 K € for same period in 2014.
- The PNL is also positive at 62 K € against a loss of 1,043 K € in 2013.
- The NOI is at 108 K € against a net loss from 1,048 K € in 2014.
The Revenue for the period, mostly generated through SEO activities, is in line with management expectations since the group focuses its strategy on marketing its software platform "Social Retail". Initiated restructuring efforts and business model changes enabled a reduction in personnel expenses and a better control on purchases and other expenses in the first half of 2015.
From a global perspective, the profitability of the first half of 2015 is consistent with management's expectation.

Since the closing of December 31, 2014 to June 30, 2015, the consolidated balance sheet shows encouraging signs, the main indicators are:
- Provisions for contingencies are down 24% due to favorable settlement of various ongoing litigation for € 238 200 euros.
- The outstanding suppliers' debt is down 9% due to the various payments made to the tune of 137,000 euros.
- Payroll and tax debts fell sharply to - 23% or 524 030 euros.
- The share capital increased by 35% since last reporting or 2 million euros in the logic of the financing plan 2015-2017.
