Holiday Surge: Brookstone Adds Three Locations in New York City This Holiday Season

MERRIMACK, N.H., Dec. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Brookstone is ushering in the 2011 holiday season by expanding its retail presence in New York City with three new locations, 150 new employees, and a concierge service. A grand opening is scheduled for Friday, December 9.

The new Brookstone locations include iconic 34th Street (across from Macy's), East 86th St. and Lexington Avenue (across from Best Buy), as well as a new location in Rockefeller Center (concourse level) just steps from the skating rink. Now a total of 13 NYC locations, these three additions represent Brookstone's commitment to New York City.

Grand Opening
Grand opening festivities include free product giveaways all day at the three new locations on Friday, December 9. Shoppers will also get $10 off a qualifying purchase of $50. Standard terms and exclusions apply.

Personal Shoppers
Brookstone introduced a concierge service this year in Manhattan.  Shoppers simply phone with their gift needs, and trained personal shoppers will do the rest – including delivery in the city.  Delivery is usually within 24 hours of purchase, and most items can even be gift wrapped for Hannukah or Christmas.
