It will take place on Tuesday morning, October 30th in New York City.

There are five informative sessions--each with time set aside for Q & A--and all focusing on the factors that will influence the holiday selling season.
The Economic Outlook is presented by Vincent Reinhardt, Chief U.S. Economist for Morgan Stanley. Fashion, color and trend forecaster David Wolfe, Creative Director, Doneger Creative Services will present The Holiday Fashion Forecast. Erica Orange and Jared Weiner, both of Weiner, Edrich, Brown--one of the world's leading futurist consulting firms--will discuss The Future of Retail Begins Now.
Three members of the Morgan Stanley Retail Team--Kimberly Greenberger, David Gober and Scott Devitt--will discuss The Holiday Outlook: Sales Forecast, with focus on specialty apparel/softlines, hardlines, and the consumer Internet sector.
The conference concludes with a panel discussion, The Price is Right, which will look at alternative pricing models and their impact on the competitive environment for the upcoming holiday season. Panelists include author and financial columnist Mark Ellwood, noted trend expert Tom Julian and Robert Nemett, senior manager, Kurt Salmon's Consumer Products Practice. Moderator is Robin Lewis, consultant for the retail and consumer products industry and founder/CEO of "The Robin Report."
The conference will take place on Tuesday, October 30th from 8:15 am to 12:15 pm at the Katie Murphy Amphitheater, FIT, Bldg.
