Hofmann Hots first opened its doors in 2013 with its original concept location. The restaurant is located in Trinity Groves, a restaurant incubator and the leading force in the economic development of West Dallas. The relocation is prompted by a Trinity Groves' residential development in the spot, which Hots currently occupies.
"Hofmann Hots was one of the first restaurants in Trinity Groves and has become a go-to destination for Dallas families and hot dog lovers ever since," said Phil Romano, co-founder of Trinity Groves. "I had my first Hofmann as a kid in New York, and it's still my favorite."
Romano is also an investor in Hofmann Sausage Company, developed the Hofmann Hots restaurant concept and is a partner in West Dallas Investments, the development team behind Trinity Groves.
The Hofmann Hots' relocation project is expected to take 90 days. When completed, the new Hofmann Hots will occupy a space across the street from its current location.
"We are looking forward to reopening our doors soon," said Reginald Bailey, CEO of Hofmann Sausage Company. "The concept has done well in the Dallas area, reinforcing that Texans love their Hofmann hot dogs. We are anticipating an exciting expansion of the concept to multiple locations in North Texas."
Hofmann Sausage Company is located in Syracuse, New York. It is the supplier of hot dogs for Hofmann Hots and an owner. For more information on Hofmann Sausage Company, visit hofmannbrands.com.
