HAMILTON, Bermuda, Aug. 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Höegh LNG Partners LP (NYSE: HMLP) (the "Partnership") advises that its 2015 Annual Meeting will be held on October 9, 2015.  The record date for voting at the Annual Meeting, at which a member of the Board of Directors of the Partnership will be elected, is set to September 9, 2015.  The notice, agenda and associated material will be distributed prior to the meeting.

The 2015 Annual Meeting will be held at 5 Young Street, W8 5EH, London, United Kingdom at 1 p.m. UK time.
