H&M and UFCW Voluntary Recognition Agreement

NEW YORK, July 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- H&M announced today that it recognizes the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union (UFCW) as the exclusive bargaining representative of over 200 employees in six of the New York retail store locations outside of the Manhattan borough.
