Starting May 16, 2011, the network welcomes new documentaries and new season series in educational health and fitness and lifestyle and cooking.

In line with HITN's mission to educate and entertain with special focus on health and education, the original HITN production En Forma con Carlos Pina presents all new episodes including Zumba-style exercises. New to the network is a health education series produced by the health magazine Vital. Additionally, ABC Gourmet Pasta will compliment a new season of the already popular cooking show Sazon y Algo Mas.
Educational programming in the areas of arts, culture, history, and science expands with six new series including:
- Instrumentos Musicales, a series that explores the works of musicians and their instruments across diverse genres;
- Museos, featuring stories, rare facts, and the history that shapes internationally recognized museums including Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico, Museo de Oro in Peru, and Spain's Museum of the Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela;
- Voyages of Discovery, a series charting five historical voyages and their impact on the modern world including manufacturing, medicine, and astronomy;
Also among the new educational documentary and instructional series are: Time, new episodes of Mundo al Natural, and an instructional series on clothing design and tailoring, Curso de corte y confeccion.
