TULSA, Okla., Sept. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams & Williams, a worldwide real estate auction firm and the leader in global live and interactive auctions announced it will sell the 28-acre Ampersand Bay Resort on Lower Saranac Lake, NY. The resort, established in the 1940s, is being offered in cooperation with Margie Philo, owner of Adirondack Premier Properties Inc.
