hiQ Labs Appoints Former Cornerstone OnDemand Chief Analytics Officer Dr. Michael Housman
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- hiQ Labs today announced at their hiQ Elevate Conference the appointment of Dr. Michael Housman as their Workforce Scientist in Residence. Dr. Housman will be joining hiQ Labs' People Analytics team which is made up of the top data scientists in Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining hiQ Labs, Dr. Housman was the Chief Analytics Officer at Cornerstone OnDemand, where he helped developed their analytics platform that applied state-of-the-art statistical methodologies and econometric techniques to databases consisting of hundreds of millions of employee records in order to understand what keeps people on the job longer and what enables them to perform better.
Dr. Housman is an HR data thought leader and has been a featured speaker at Northwestern University's Workforce Science Project, Wharton's People Analytics Conference, HRO Today, and many others. His research has been profiled in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and The Atlantic, and he was named a 2014 game changer by Workforce magazine for his groundbreaking research and contributions to the field of workforce science.
