CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Dec. 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Today Federal Court Judge Jesse Furman, who oversees the ongoing litigation against GM for its faulty ignition switches, entered an order denying a large part of New GM's Motion for Summary Judgment.

Hilliard states, "Today's ruling paves the way for the jury to have an unfettered and full view of GM's behavior in covering up this defect. This gross negligence evidence will now be shown under the bright lights of a court of law and there can be little doubt to the true damning nature of the truth of what GM did."
