Hill Physicians Medical Group Announces the Addition of Providers from Dignity Health Medical Network - Sequoia
Hill Physicians Expands Footprint in San Mateo County
SAN RAMON, Calif., Sept. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill Physicians, California's largest independent physician association, and Dignity Health Medical Network – Sequoia (DHMN-Sequoia), an independent physician association, today announced that the DHMN-Sequoia HMO provider network will affiliate with Hill Physicians Medical Group, effective November 1, 2018.
"The addition of these providers to Hill Physicians Medical Group is another step in expanding our presence in the San Francisco Bay region, which will now include not only Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties, but also the entirety of San Mateo County," said David Joyner, CEO for Hill Physicians Medical Group. It is estimated that over 160 primary care physicians and specialists will join Hill Physicians Medical Group as a result of this arrangement. Affected patients will continue to receive care through their current physicians and will benefit from access to a deep network of over 4,000 Hill Physicians providers across Northern California.
