Hill House Association Confirms Full Occupancy at Centre Heldman Plaza
Five new leases signed for retail outlets in new development
PITTSBURGH, Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Hill House Association (HHA) and the Hill House Economic Development Corporation (HHEDC), a 501 (c) 3 community development corporation announce that the 6,800 square feet of retail space in the new Centre Heldman Plaza, adjacent to the Shop 'n Save has been leased and will be fully occupied by early 2014.
Leasing the adjoining spaces are Dollar Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Crazy Mocha Coffee, Subway and Cricket Communications. This is the newest commercial real estate expansion in the Hill District since the opening of the Consol Energy Center in 2010. It is anticipated this development will drive a resurgence of business for the Centre Avenue corridor.

The official opening of Centre Heldman Plaza along with the Shop 'n Save is expected in October, 2013.
