Hill Holliday Continues Growth Trajectory, Promoting Scott Rabschnuk to Managing Director, Healthcare
BOSTON, March 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Hill Holliday has named an agency veteran to a top executive position leading its healthcare practice. Karen Kaplan, Chairman & CEO of Hill Holliday, announced today that Scott Rabschnuk will serve as Managing Director, Healthcare, effective immediately.
"Scott has been a trusted partner to our clients and an inspiring force in our healthcare practice for over a decade," said Kaplan. "He's been instrumental in building the business from the ground up, not just by winning new pitches but also by growing organic assignments. Our relationships are built on trust, and that's a direct result of Scott's impeccable track record and deep knowledge base in healthcare marketing."
Rabschnuk was a key member of the agency team who pitched and won Planet Fitness, and is also a member of Hill Holliday's Senior Leadership Team. He is widely credited with growing Hill Holliday's healthcare practice over the past ten years by building a team of experts and generalists that have mastered the complexities of the industry. Hill Holliday's major clients in this category include top pharmaceutical, provider and fitness brands such as Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Partners HealthCare and Planet Fitness.
Rabschnuk was most recently EVP, Group Account Director at Hill Holliday, where he began in 2002 as an Account Director. He serves as Chairman of the American Association of Advertising Agencies Board of Governors for New England, plays an active role on Boston Health Care for the Homeless' philanthropy board, and is an advisor to Ariadne Labs, a joint center for healthcare-systems innovation led by Dr. Atul Gawande.
"The most satisfying aspect of our growth has been the building process—building an all-star team from an incredible variety of backgrounds, and building a portfolio of clients and brands that have demanded we continue to get smarter, more creative and more innovative," said Rabschnuk. "When these clients signal their confidence by continuing to give us more business, we know we're doing the right things to keep us at the forefront of this demanding and rapidly changing industry."
Hill Holliday has been enjoying positive momentum and unprecedented growth over the last year. In addition to a string of new business wins including Planet Fitness, Tempur-Sealy International, and growth from existing clients, the agency was recently named a Strong Performer in Forrester's 2016Q4 Lead Agency WAVE report, and was featured in Ad Age's A List as Agency to Watch. Chairman and CEO Karen Kaplan recently named senior executives Chris Wallrapp President and Leslee Kiley Chief Operating Officer, new roles for each.
