Highmark completes tender offer for Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority Health System Revenue Bonds (West Penn Allegheny Health System) series 2007A

PITTSBURGH, April 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Highmark Inc. today announced that it has completed its previously announced cash offer to purchase and consent solicitation for any and all outstanding Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority Health System Revenue Bonds (West Penn Allegheny Health System) Series 2007A. The tender offer and consent solicitation expired at 5:00 p.m. New York City Time on April 26, 2013.  Tenders and consents of approximately $604,170,000 of the bonds, representing approximately 85.13% of the outstanding principal amount of the bonds, were received from bondholders. Highmark accepted for payment and is purchasing all tendered bonds.
