LONDON, February 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- With the latest High Speed Rail (HSR) construction contract of EUR7.2 Billion being awarded in July and the EIB recently investing EUR900million into a new HSR project in Spain, it's clear to see that HSR continues to be investment attractive.
