The land – 20 miles north of Decatur and 10 miles south of Clinton – will be offered in seven tracts that may be bid on individually or as an entirety.

It has 279 contiguous acres in one location and 254 contiguous acres approximately three miles away," said Schrader.
The auction will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 11, at the Elks Lodge, 1520 E South Street, Clinton. Schrader personnel will be available at the lodge to provide detailed information from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, and Wednesday, March 5.
