HIA-LI Names Recipients of HIA-LI 20th Annual Business Achievement Awards
Successful Long Island-based Organizations Selected Based on Leadership, Vision, Operations; Award Recipients Recognized at Gala Luncheon Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Sept. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- HIA-LI, the recognized voice for business on Long Island, will recognize four organizations as recipients of its prestigious HIA-LI 20th Annual Business Achievement Awards. The award recipients represent a diverse group of outstanding organizations from four different business categories: large businesses, small businesses, rookie of the year and non-profits. Representatives from each of the winning organizations will receive a plaque bearing the HIA-LI logo during a gala luncheon event held today at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, NY. This gala event will include business leaders from all across Long Island making it one of the best places to conduct business and build relationships. Steve Bellone, Suffolk County Executive is expected to provide the keynote address on economic initiatives and what it takes to be a great company on Long Island.

- Not-for-profit Organization: American Red Cross on Long Island, that responds to emergencies and disasters across the region- home fires, floods, building collapses, providing shelter, food, clothing and emotional support at no cost to those in need.
