Conflict and stress resolution experts Peter and Susan Glaser will follow IG Levinson with their session, "Be Quiet, Be Heard: The Paradox of Persuasion." This session will focus on skills and models compliance officers can use to transform conflict into solving problems, strengthening relationships, and deepening trust.
