HFS Consultants Hires Healthcare Finance Expert, Anthony J. Taddey, In Its Capital Planning And Feasibility Practice Area

OAKLAND, Calif., March 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- HFS Consultants (HFS), a healthcare consulting company providing management, financial consulting, operations and strategic planning services to hospitals and healthcare facilities, announces it has hired Anthony J. Taddey, as Manager in its Capital Planning and Financial Feasibility practice area.

Taddey brings over 30 years of public and healthcare finance experience. He has served as practicing investment banker at top financial institutions including Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch, where he was Managing Director of its healthcare finance department.

Taddey has managed financing for large multi-hospital systems, independent community hospitals and rural critical access hospitals and clinics using a variety of financing alternatives, including privately placed or publicly offered taxable and tax-exempt bonds, various federal credit programs such as FHA and USDA as well as a variety of short term instruments. He has also helped hospitals through the capital planning process by assisting them in assessing their debt capacity and designing a plan of finance as well as then analyzing, structuring, and executing the optimum-funding alternative.
