Herley Industries, Inc. Announces Annual Meeting of Stockholders

LANCASTER, Pa., Dec. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Herley Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: HRLY) announced that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Eden Resort, 222 Eden Road, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, beginning at 10:00 a.m. local time.  Chairman of the Board, John A. Thonet, and the Company's Board of Directors will host the meeting.  A Company overview will be presented by Richard F. Poirier, Herley's Chief Executive Officer and President.

All stockholders who owned Herley Industries, Inc. common stock at the close of business on November 17, 2010, the record date fixed for the Annual Meeting, are entitled to vote on several matters, including the election of six directors.  We encourage everyone who is eligible to vote.
