Heritage Financial Announces Closing of $57.6 Million Common Stock Offering, Including the Exercise of the Underwriters' Over-Allotment Option
OLYMPIA, Wash., December 15, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- HERITAGE FINANCIAL CORPORATION (Nasdaq: HFWA) ("Company") today announced that it has raised $57.6 million through the previously announced public offering by issuing 4,427,500 shares of the Company's common stock, including 577,500 shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option, at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. The net proceeds to the Company, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $54.1 million. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. acted as sole-book-running manager of the offering, and D.A. Davidson & Co. acted as a co-manager.
