SAN ANTONIO, Sept. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A heroic nun, a feminist trailblazer, a fashion icon, and women who've helped change the face of politics are among those who will light up the stage as Women in the World hits the Lone Star State on October 22. The forum, to be held at the Charline McCombs Empire Theatre in San Antonio, will showcase Tina Brown's signature blend of theatrical journalism, highlighting a compelling array of social, cultural and humanitarian leaders from around the world.
Tickets for Women in the World Texas are on sale now at Ticketmaster and at the Charline McCombs Empire Theatre box office. A portion of ticket proceeds will go to the Foundation for Education of Young Women. Orchestra seats cost $100; mezzanine is $75; and balcony, $50.
