Here Enterprises Upgrades Cycle Ranch Site to Accommodate Crowning Event of Off-Road Championship Series

FLORESVILLE, Texas, April 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Here Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HRTE), a growing developer of clean wind energy, will host The Off-Road Championships (TORC) at its wholly-owned Cycle Ranch Motocross Park subsidiary on October 15th and 16th. Cycle Ranch, the Floresville, Texas site of Here Enterprises' commercial speedway and alternative energy production facilities, will feature a number of marquee events for the 2011 racing season. To accommodate Championship crowds and high intensity TORC racing, enhancements are being made to the Cycle Ranch track and spectator areas.

Cycle Ranch has been selected to host the finale of the nation's premier competition short course off-road racing series. The Off-Road Championship, known as the "TRAXXAS TORC Series," will wrap up its 2011 competition season with two full days of racing action at the Cycle Ranch Motocross Park. The Off-Road Championships, presented by Amsoil, are nationally televised and draw top off-road racers plus significant crowds, attention and proceeds to each host venue.

The Cycle Ranch audience will witness the crowning of the 2011 Traxxas TORC Series champions. 2010 winners Johnny Greaves, Ricky Johnson, Casey Currie and Scott Douglas along with the nation's premier off-road contenders are expected to be on hand in hopes of bringing home the AMSOIL Cup.

A new permanent off-road park is being completed at Cycle Ranch, which will feature a 1.0 mile short course off-road track. Upgraded facilities for spectator viewing and championship racing are being modeled after renowned TORC Series tracks at Crandon, WI and Bark River, MI.
