Here Enterprises Progresses with Next Phase of Development of Cycle Ranch Wind Project

SAN ANTONIO, June 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Here Enterprises Inc. (Pink Sheets: HRTE), a growing developer of clean wind energy, has advanced to the next stage of development at the Company's Cycle Ranch wind project in Floresville, Texas. High efficiency variable turbines are in place and functional, and Here Enterprises is completing electrical work that will bring the wind park up to specification for tie-in to the local utility.

Here Enterprises has filed a Customer-Owned Distributed Generation Renewable Energy Service Application with Floresville Electric. Approval of the application will enable the new Here Enterprises wind facility to link to the grid for the purpose of power generation. The Company is now proceeding with the installation and testing of electrical systems pursuant to the distributed generation arrangement.

The installation and testing of conduits, copper cabling, breakers and controllers on Here Enterprises' Cycle Ranch property is expected to be completed this month. The electrical work is the next phase of development required in order to tie in the wind turbines and bring the wind park online. Here Enterprises is developing the wind park in order to generate power to support Here Enterprises' Cycle Ranch commercial speedway operations.

In addition to providing ideal acreage and wind speeds for power generation, the Floresville, Texas property is the site of Here Enterprises' wholly owned Cycle Ranch Motocross Park subsidiary, an established motocross speedway business with ongoing revenue. The Company also has an agreement in place with A&C Green Energy Inc. to resell industry-leading wind turbine systems, creating a new revenue source for Here Enterprises.
