Rodney from the Company, where he currently serves as President of the Cayman Islands based Hercules International Holdings, Ltd. ("HIHL"), effective as of December 31, 2011. Assuming the role of President of HIHL will be Claus E. Feyling, who currently serves as Vice President, International Business Development.
