DENVER, April 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Herbert Leon Jacobs, FACOG, ABHIM, FACS is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the Medical field.

Dr. Jacobs serves as an Integrative Medicine Physician and is the Owner/President/Founder at Pacific Home Health Care. He specializes in natural, naturopathic and holistic medicine. Additionally, he is the published author of What Your Doctor Doesn't Know, But You Should Know as well as Herb's Blurb on Herbs.

As a child, Dr. Jacobs watched his father struggle with blindness. He was later told that by age 52, he would also grow blind. After a trial test in 1991, Dr. Jacobs was eventually cleared of all symptoms of blindness.

Dr. Jacobs earned his Medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed his internship at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and his Residency at the University of Colorado. He is currently licensed to practice medicine in both Colorado and California, and is Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Integrative Holistic Medicine.

In recognition of his many professional accomplishments, Dr. Jacobs is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons as well as the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a Distinguished Member of the American Holistic Health Association, featured with the International Association of Healthcare Professionals, a member of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine and is featured in Leading Physicians of the World.
