Henniges Automotive Acquires Nomaseal s.r.o.
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Oct. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Henniges Automotive has completed the acquisition of Nomaseal s.r.o., an automotive industry supplier of weatherseals. The company has a manufacturing facility in Hranice, Czech Republic and a sales and technical center in Viersen, Germany. The closure of this transaction will strengthen Henniges' ability to provide technical support and manufacturing expertise to European customers and global programs.
Nomaseal s.r.o. is highly regarded as the industry leader in TPE static sealing systems. They design, develop and manufacture TPE weatherseals for automobiles with a strong and respected management team who are well versed in rubber and TPE technology.
