Henley's Full-time MBA Climbs 15 Places in the Economist Which MBA? World Rankings
HENLEY-ON-THAMES, England, November 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
In this year's Economist world rankings, Henley Business School (http://www.henley.ac.uk/mba) has performed exceptionally well, moving up to 42nd in the world and 12th in Europe. The triple-accredited business school continues to dominate across several key categories:
Number 1 in the world for 'Potential to Network'
The Henley alumni community continues to expand, not only in numbers but also in reach. The school now boasts alumni groups in 41 countries, providing one of the greatest opportunities for students and alumni to build relationships and create genuine business contacts on an international scale.
Number 1 for 'Student Quality'
Students attending Henley again prove to be of the very highest calibre. Ranked number one for three years running for 'Student Quality' and climbing 14 places for 'Student Diversity', students valued the balance of their cohort in terms of management experience, internationalism and gender.
'Personal Development and Educational Experience'
Henley continues to improve, climbing two places this year to 13th in the world. This outstanding score was influenced by students' assessment of faculty quality, programme content, overseas exchange programmes and facilities.
Career and Salary
One of the notable features of this year's rankings was the rise of 34 places in the percentage of those who had secured employment after three months of graduating, and Henley MBA graduates remain firmly in the top quartile for 'Salary Level'.
In response to the ranking, Dean of Henley Business School, Professor John Board, comments:
"Not only do these results confirm the Henley Full-time MBA as one of the world's finest, with world-class faculty and students, excellent links with industry and an international alumni community, they prove that Henley remains a leading player in a complex global MBA market. This news testifies to our continuous commitment to improve the all-round quality of the MBA experience."
