Hemiwedge Industries, Inc. Announces New Advisory Director

CONROE, Texas, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hemiwedge Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HWEG) today announced the appointment of D. Bradley McWilliams to its Advisory Board of Directors.  

Mr. D. Bradley McWilliams, a Certified Public Accountant and Attorney at Law received his BBA and Juris Doctorate degrees at the University of Texas at Austin. He did post graduate work at New York University and Harvard University.  Mr. McWilliams spent 32 years with Cooper Industries LTD, and retired as their Chief Financial Officer in 2003, after 32 years of service.  Mr. McWilliams has served on many corporate boards both for profit and non-profit companies, he is a life member of the Board of the YMCA of the Greater Houston Area Inc. and he recently joined the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UT- Houston) Development Board.  Mr. McWilliams currently serves as a Board member, Chairman of the Audit committee and a member of the Finance Committee of McDermott International Inc.; Mr. McWilliams is a major shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Fairway Medical Technologies Inc.
