Help at Home Acquired by Centerbridge Partners and The Vistria Group From Wellspring
CHICAGO, Oct. 30, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Help at Home, a leading U.S. provider of home care and community-based services in 13 states, today announced that it has been acquired by a consortium that includes Centerbridge Partners ("Centerbridge") and The Vistria Group ("Vistria"). The acquisition of Help at Home from Wellspring Capital, which will remain a minority investor in the company, closed yesterday. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
