Chef Rich is no stranger to celebrity. His talents awarded him the prestigious status of season 1 winner Chef Wanted with Anne Burrell. At the start of his career, Chef Mancini was personal chef to the cast of the movies Chain Reaction and My Best Friend's Wedding, the crew of the Rolling Stones and INXS as well as many local Chicago business heads.
