Helen Rivero Joins Cassidy Turley's Investor Services Group as Managing Director in Dallas

ST. LOUIS, March 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., today announced that Helen Rivero, a 20-year commercial real estate veteran, has joined the company as Managing Director, Investor Services, in Dallas. Ms. Rivero will serve as Account Manager for Cassidy Turley's institutional clients.

In her new role, Ms. Rivero will work with Cassidy Turley's Property Management, Project Leasing, and Capital Markets groups to ensure consistency across service lines and help grow the current business. Ms. Rivero has deep industry expertise, spanning commercial real estate sectors – such as office, industrial, retail, mixed use and multi-family – and in areas including institutional client management, portfolio and real estate asset management, leasing strategy and analysis and negotiations.

Most recently, Ms. Rivero was Vice President, Joint Venture Asset Management, at Crescent Real Estate in Dallas, where she served as the liaison between Crescent and J.P. Morgan. She was responsible for a $1.8 billion portfolio of assets comprised of the joint venture between Crescent, J.P. Morgan, and GE. In addition to her position at Crescent, Ms. Rivero's past experience includes roles at Stream Realty Partners, Macfarlan Real Estate Services and Archon Group/Goldman Sachs & Co.

Ms. Rivero will work closely with Bret Bunnett, Regional Managing Principal, and Johnny Johnson, Executive Managing Director, in transitioning Cassidy Turley's new J.P. Morgan assignments in Dallas and Houston.
