WILMINGTON, Mass., July 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Heilind Electronics, the largest interconnect distributor in North America, is now stocking NorComp's IP67 SEAL-D® D-Sub Connectors. These connectors are designed for applications that require protection from heavy spray or are exposed to short-term fluid submersion.

SEAL-D® connectors offer the same physical size and footprint as standard D-Subs, reducing space on new designs and eliminating the need to redesign enclosures and PC boards when implementing IP67 design upgrades.

All SEAL-D® connectors utilize high quality screw machine contacts, are RoHS compliant and come in a wide variety of styles and hardware options.
