Heilind Now Stocking QSFP+ Stacked Combo/E Series by Amphenol Connectors

WILMINGTON, Mass., Nov. 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Heilind Electronics, a leading distributor of electronic components, is now stocking the QSFP+ Stacked Combo/E Series interconnect system by Amphenol Connectors.

The QSFP+ Stacked Combo/E Series interconnect system consists of a two-row, 38-position, 0.8 mm pitch connector and a press-fit cage designed to be compatible with the QSFP transceiver specifications.

The connector system is capable of date rates up to 25 Gigabits per channel (four channels) and is intended for external connections (38 positions per port). It has an integrated grounding structure and resonance dampening features for superior crosstalk performance.

The QSFP+ Interconnect System is suitable for applications that include clusters, servers and storage devices.
