Heilind Electronics Expanding Franchise With Bulgin

WILMINGTON, Mass., Oct. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Heilind Electronics, the largest interconnect distributor in North America, is expanding its franchise distribution agreement with Bulgin Connectors following its May acquisition of Columbus, OH based distributor, Thompson Electronic Supplies.

Bulgin, a division of Elektron Technology PLC of Essex, England, offers a broad range of products including Buccaneer waterproof connectors, connectors for hazardous environments, IEC connectors, Polysnap® connectors, switches, LED indicators, EMI filters, and fuse & battery holders. Bulgin's high performance plastic-shelled connectors provide a low cost alternative to similarly-rated metal-shelled connectors.
