Brian Bark joins the firm with more than 20 years of Fortune 500 consulting experience
CHICAGO, Nov. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq:HSII), a premier provider of Executive Search, Leadership Consulting and Culture Shaping services worldwide is pleased to announce that skilled HR strategist Brian Bark has joined the firm as a Partner within the Human Resource Officers Practice. Bark will be based in Philadelphia.
With more than 22 years of experience specializing in human resources, talent acquisition and management, Brian joins the firm from Mercer where he spent 13 years and most recently served as a Senior Partner and Global Relationship Manager.

Over the course of his career, Brian has worked with leading companies in virtually all sectors. In his role at Mercer, he managed several of the firm's largest clients and oversaw more than $70 million in revenue. Prior to his most recent role, from 2005 to 2012 Brian led Mercer's Philadelphia operations and managed more than 200 employees across several offices.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a focus on American Government and Law from Townson University in Maryland. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Brian is a member of World at Work and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He also serves as a Trustee of the Philadelphia Outward Bound School.
