Heidi Gray Named Chief Human Resources Officer At News America Marketing®
Twenty-Seven Year Company Veteran Returns to New York Headquarters
NEW YORK, April 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- News America Marketing (NAM) the premier publisher of coupons in the U.S. and Canada, producing billions of coupons annually, today announced that Heidi Gray, a member of the NAM team for 27 years, has been named the company's Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously the EVP, Sales, Central Division, Heidi will now be responsible for developing a strategic framework to translate NAM's business strategies into actionable HR priorities. She will lead the HR team in partnering and collaborating across the organization to deploy practices that recruit top talent while developing internal talent and advancing the company's business goals.

In her twenty-five plus year tenure with News America Marketing, Heidi has served in several key leadership positions throughout the organization. She started her career at NAM in the sales development program based in Chicago and relocated to the New York office in 1992. Heidi advanced through a variety of sales positions with increased responsibility by successfully delivering on both her client's objectives and NAM company initiatives. Based on Heidi's ability to drive growth across NAM's portfolio, establish long-standing, valuable client relationships and successfully lead high performance teams, she was promoted in 2000 to Senior Vice President of the Eastern Region. In 2003, Heidi was selected to captain the HR Priority Committee, where she developed several key elements of the sales development process that are just as relevant today as when first implemented. In 2008, Heidi assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Central Region and in 2014 was promoted to Executive Vice President, Central Division and joined the NAM Executive Committee.
Throughout her career, Heidi's creative and results-oriented approach led to significant and numerous business wins across an extensive client base including: L'Oreal, Phillip Morris, Reynolds, Maybelline, Avon, Duracell, Mott's, Tetley, Campbell Soup, Johnson & Johnson, Mars, Pfizer, Bayer, Hershey Co, Heinz, DelMonte, Reynolds, Kraft Foods, General Mills, Kimberly Clark, Procter & Gamble, SC Johnson, Con Agra, Nestle, Energizer, T Marzetti, Barilla, Hormel, Post, Pepsico, and Wrigley.
