Heffernan Welcomes Robert Clarke as Vice President of Los Angeles Office

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Heffernan Insurance Brokers, one of the largest full-service, independent insurance brokerage firms in the United States, has hired Robert Clarke to join its Los Angeles, California office.  As Vice President, Clarke will be responsible for generating new business in Southern California.

Clarke joins Heffernan after years of sales experience in all lines of insurance and surety for environmental service firms as well as the construction, scrap & steel, produce and winery industries.  As a producer and account executive, Clarke generated and serviced a high volume of insurance placements, handling all aspects of account management including marketing, membership and quality control.

A graduate of California State University Northridge, Clarke is a licensed Fire & Casualty Broker/Agent and is also a member of the California Waste Association, as well as the National Association of Chemical Distributors.
