Heffernan Insurance Brokers Adds Jared Morrison in Portland as Commercial Lines Producer

PORTLAND, Ore., July 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Heffernan Insurance Brokers, one of the largest independent brokerage firms in the United States, is pleased to announce that it has hired Jared Morrison as a commercial lines producer in its Portland office. Morrison will expand Heffernan's large commercial hospitality and Allied Health client base in the Pacific Northwest.

Morrison is a resident of Vancouver, Washington and will serve clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.  Prior to joining Heffernan, he managed his own agency for Farmers Insurance and won two sales awards: the "Blue Vase" for life insurance and the "Toppers Club" for all lines of insurance. Earlier in his career, he sold personal insurance lines for Liberty Mutual and won the "Liberty Lamplighter" life insurance sales award.  

Morrison has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).  He earned his BS in Business Marketing and Management from the University of Phoenix.  Additionally, Morrison served his country for 3.5 years in the Washington National Guard.
