Heber City to Welcome New Dickey's Barbecue Pit Location

HEBER CITY, Utah, Aug. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Dickey's Barbecue Pit will open in Heber City, with help from the new owner/operators Sky and Cindy Galli.

"The food quality is excellent. The ribs are tender, falling right off the bone and the smoked pulled pork is delicious. We wanted to invest in the fast casual setting, because it gives people the option, whether they are in a hurry or would like to sit down for an excellent affordable meal.  It's great family-friendly service," said Sky, who will run the restaurant with his wife, Cindy.

Before taking up this new adventure with Dickey's Barbecue, Sky, a certified executive chef, owned a successful catering company with his wife.

"Sky has had a passion for creating unique and amazing food since childhood. As an adult, he has shared his talents with everyone in preparing delicious and amazing food for over 30 years," said Cindy.

This is the first franchise opportunity for the couple, who live just over the mountain in Woodland.

The original Dallas location is still open for business and Dickey's Barbecue Pit is still owned and operated by the Dickey Family.
