Mallory Hoffman and Chris Gallup have joined Heart + Mind Strategies from The Glover Park Group, a communications and PR firm based in Washington, DC.
Ms. Hoffman will act as a Senior Strategist, responsible for guiding incorporation of key research findings into strategic recommendations for the company's broad range of clients. She has particularly strong background in the financial industry; she was previously spokesperson for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Mr. Gallup will be a Senior Solutions Director, helping shape research programs for the firm's corporate, non-profit and association clients. In addition to The Glover Park Group, he brings deep research experience from Field Research Corporation and Princeton Research Associates International.
